Seven Bluff Cabins & RV Park sits on 48 acres of Hill Country in the Frio River Canyon near Concan, Texas.
The Frio River's
crystal-clear, spring fed waters make for great fishing, tubing, kayaking and other water sports.

Accommodation Details

The Ten Texas Hill Country Style river cabins are quaint and clean and vary in size with the largest accommodating up to 8 guests. The River House can sleep 12. The cabins have heat and air conditioning and TV's w/DSS. The fully-equipped kitchens have coffee makers, blenders, microwaves, dishes, and pots and pans. Bed and bath linens are not furnished, but can be rented for a small fee to out-of-state guests.

The 27 RV sites include water, electric (20/30 or 20/50 amp),and sewer. Each of these shaded sites include a picnic table and barbeque grill. There is a bath house & laundromat on site.

The resort has a children's playground, basketball, store, and laundromat facilities. Each cabin has its own fire pit, barbeque pit, picnic table and 4 lawn chairs. Depending on the cabin, river frontage is from 50 to 300 feet down a gently sloped grassy trail through 385 pecan trees, bald cypress and oaks. Shade from the pesticide-free grove is abundant in the summer and U-Pickem Pecans are available in the fall. A favorite activity is relaxing on the cabin porches and enjoying the deer, birds, armadillos, turkey, and other wildlife as they come down from Seven Bluff to feed and seek sanctuary in the pecan grove. Additional Information

The resort is located 5 miles from Garner State Park and 32 scenic miles from Lost Maples State Natural Area. These areas offer great hiking and wildlife viewing. The Texas Hill Country is wonderful for bicycling and motorcycle touring, offering beautiful views. Stargazing is also a popular pastime in this area because of the low ambient light, clear skies, and pollution-free air. There are two Recreational Vehicle areas for a total of 27 sites with full hook-up, restrooms, showers and a laundry.
